Hi, I'm Kelly.
Over 20 years ago I decided to become a Registered Dietitian motivated to help people live longer, healthier, and happier lives.
While this remains true, over the last decade, my understanding and approach to nutrition has evolved. I clearly recognizing the harmful impacts of diet culture and weight stigma. With my passion for continued learning, gaining new perspectives through mothering my girls, and extensive experience counseling individuals undergoing metabolic bariatric surgery has lead me to practice with a weight inclusive focus. Practice make progress and I remain committed in growing and learning to stay abreast in the most current research and best practices in your care.

A phone call is our starting point. As they say getting started is often the hardest part. I promise you’ll be greeted with warmth and kindness. Calls are 15 minutes and you’ll chat with me about what you’re looking for and learn what working together looks like.
Initial Meeting
We’ll meet and explore your relationship with food and your body. We’ll walk through your nutrition journey from childhood to now and make a plan for moving forward. When appropriate, we’ll also connect with your therapist, doctors and members of your team to provide you with the best possible care.
Follow Up Meetings
Together, we’ll work to help you achieve energizing, guilt free eating. You’ll be provided with resources, encouragement, and self-assurance to navigate through the winding roads of diet culture. You will enjoy food and health, find acceptance with your body, and break free from dieting once and for all.
